General focus areas will include strategic planning, organizational development, recruitment and volunteer strategies, single-issue and advocacy campaigns, and communications and media strategy.

National Democratic Institute for International Affairs

NDI will concentrate on assisting existing parties with registration and re-registration, then on longer-term political party building efforts.
