Прочитав книгу Расторгуева В.П. "Информационная война", стал замечать много интересного.
Чтобы изменить систему, нужно создать в ней очаг хаоса, который впоследствии заполнить нужными элементами. Буду выкладывать тут нестандартные методы воздействия.
